Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM WEIGHT PER ITEM/BOX/LUGGAGE?

Our maximum weight is 30kg per any item shipped regardless size.

Though this does not apply to naturally heavy items such as refrigerator, furniture, washing machine, etc, please keep in mind to balance the weight of the items that are packed into your box/luggage.

Overweight box/luggage could jeopardise the safety of our staffs and damage other customers' items/boxes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY BOX/ITEM/LUGGAGE TO ARRIVE IN MALAYSIA?

It would take about 6-12 weeks starting our loading date.

It is important for our customers to understand that what goes on the sea is beyond our control. We're not superheroes, but we'll try our best to make our customers happy and we'll update you if there's a delay. Or you could contact or email us providing your reference number for us to check.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

DO YOU OFFER A DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE?

Yes. We're a door-to-door shipping service.

DO YOU PROVIDE BOXES OR DO I NEED TO PACK WITH MY OWN BOX?

But you may use your own box provided that it is suitable and safe for the contents. We would strongly advise you to use a double walled box if you're packing fragile items.

Please refer here for more information and guidance on how to pack the right way.

DO YOU SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRIES OTHER THAN MALAYSIA?

At the moment, we only ship to Semenanjung Malaysia and main town of East Malaysia with additional cost (please email us for more information). But we are actively looking to expand our company and we hope to ship to other countries in the near future.
